• With original tags and packaging

2. Damaged or Defective Products

• Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
• Email or WhatsApp us with your order details.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


3. Non-Returnable Items

• Products purchased during clearance or final sale (if mentioned)
• Used or damaged products (not due to our error)


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:
1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
2. Share your order ID and reason for return.
3. Wait for return approval and instructions.
4. Pack the product securely and ship as advised.

Do not send products without prior approval.


5. Return Shipping
• If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
• For all other returns, shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


6. Exchanges
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• If the requested product is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.


7. Refunds

• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Refund for Cancelled Orders
